Top and bottom are two 1px rules with gap-5 (1.25rem) between them. LinedGrid draws both. Same liner as the Line Hero.

Four cells. Column and row seams are two 1px rules with gap-5 between them — same liner as the Line Hero. Window pane at the cross. The box stays single.

outer double, inner double

Four cells. Every rule LinedGrid paints is a drawn double. Window pane at the inner cross. Still one painter.

outer none, inner single

No box from LinedGrid. Cell seams only. Not a Line wrapper — the grid simply does not paint top or bottom.

The box only. No column or row seams. Two cells share one frame.

Double box. No cell seams.

Exclude a stroke prop → single, not off. This grid has no outer or inner leaves. Same look as the default 2×2 plus.

columns: 1

One column at every breakpoint. Inner single paints row seams between stacked cells. Widen — it stays one column.

columns: 3, inner single

Three columns from lg. Inner single is one 1px between columns and a 1px row when a second row wraps. Six cells so the row seam shows.

columns: 3, inner double

Three columns. Inner double is the Line Hero liner between every pair of cells. Window pane at each cross. Six cells.

columns: 4, inner single

Four columns from lg. One row. Inner single paints three vertical 1px seams.

colsAt: sm

Two columns from sm up (640px). Default colsAt is lg. Hero on this page uses xl. md is the remaining breakpoint — same idea.

colsAt: md

Two columns from md up (768px). Below md this stacks to one column.

colsAt: xl

Two columns from xl up (80rem). The LinedGrid Hero on this page also uses colsAt xl. Below xl this stacks.

space: major

space is air above the grid only (mt-24). Not a stroke. narrow is mt-5 (most specimens here). standard is mt-10 (the pair below). Omit space to fuse with the Section header.

Grid — unlined, gap: 5

The Grid atom, not LinedGrid. No box, no seams, gap-5 air between cells. Use this for card collections. Do not wrap it in a Line to fake LinedGrid.

CopyColumn variant

Pad only. split is hero column pad (xl:py-40). card is cell pad. flush is none — children own inset (FAQ). LinedGrid inner none so pad is the only difference. Do not set border here.

CopyColumn surface

surface is fill, not a rule. none / muted / brand. Inner single so fills meet the seam.

Four cells (2×2). Inner excluded is a plus — one row seam, one column seam. Inner double is the same seams as gap-5 facing edges. Window pane at the cross. Same liner on the box and the seams.
